
For a Good Night's Sleep
You need a pillow under your knees, a McKenzie roll for the small of your back, a McKenzie roll for your neck, a mouth piece to stop teeth grinding, a chin strap to stop mouth breathing, a BiPap machine to prevent sleep apnea, a pill to reduce leg movement, darkening shades to keep out light, a cool room, a firm bed and, of course, a favorite stuffed animal!
