What is This?
You are looking at the car battery in Doug's 1986 Blue Cougar. He only uses the car in warm weather so it was time to get it ready for its spring fling. The battery was down a bit so he put it on a trickle charger over the weekend. He removed the charger, closed the hood and got in the car to start it. KABOOM! the battery exploded. No harm to Doug but he'll have to install a new battery to assess further damage.
