Repainting the Morton Water Tower
The Coulter's have seen about three paintings of the water tower. Marilee can't understand why the city fathers don't paint it a pumpkin orange instead of blue. It would be nice if it was painted like a pumpkin. After all, Morton is the pumpkin capitol!
