Starter Home

Doug and Marilee were married in 1966 and started housekeeping at this house still on Columbus street in Peoria Heights.

Make Steps to Volvo

Marilee soon had Doug start a Do-List. The first item was "Make Steps to Volvo" as there was a small but steep incline to the only off-street parking area. She still reminds Doug that he never finished to first item on his do-list — but somebody did as seen in the current photo.
